Dr. Craig Harper is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and based in the UK. His research focuses on the psychological mechanisms that underpin political decision-making in a range of contexts. The bulk of his work to date has examined public attitudes within a forensic context Рparticularly in relation to sexual crime and deviant or atypical sexuality. Emerging work, however, is examining the horseshoe nature of political orientation Рthe idea that the far left and the far right of the political spectrum of psychologically closer to each other than they are to the political center-ground.
